Profile of Pranav Sinha

Pranav Sinha joined GLOBE in 2013 as the Director of GLOBE India. He is an environmentalist by training, with an MSc in Environmental Science from the Banaras Hindu University and a diploma in Sustainable Development from Staffordshire University, UK.

Before this, he graduated in Environmental Sciences from Delhi University, and also undertook a diploma course in Environmental Law with WWF India.

Prior to joining GLOBE, Pranav worked as Country Programme Officer for Renewable Energy for Climate Parliament for 3 years. He also worked at the British High Commission in New Delhi, where he advised on the Foreign Office’s climate change strategy and low-carbon technology programmes. Prior to this, he worked with Greenpeace India on a range of campaigns and with the G. B. Pant Institute of Himalayan Environment and Development of India.
